In the Journal of Theory and Practice in Healthcare, the principles published by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) are adopted as open access for ethical duties and responsibilities.
Copyright
It should be clearly stated and certified by the authors in the Copyright Transfer Form that Manuscripts submitted for publication in the Journal of Theory and Practice in Healthcare should not be published elsewhere, sent for publication and / or under evaluation to be published in another publication. Papers that have not been published in the congress book in full text can be evaluated provided that it is specified in the manuscript.
Reviewing Process
Each manuscript evaluated by the editor is double-blinded by at least two reviewers with specialist knowledge of the relevant field. Manuscripts that are found not to comply with ethical standards after acceptance can be removed from publication. This includes manuscripts detected after publication.
Ethics Committee Request
Ethics committee approval must be obtained for research that requires an ethics committee decision, this approval must be stated and documented in the article..
Financial Resource
If any financial support has been used within the scope of the study submitted for publication, this must be stated in the relevant part of the study (Method section is recommended).
Plagiarism Check
In the manuscripts submitted for publication, the scientific reference rules must be strictly followed and all references must be indicated in the text and at the end as required. All submitted studies will be examined for plagiarism (similarity) by the journal’s technical editors. Acceptable similarity limits are maximum 20% for reviews and 15% for research articles.
Conflict of Interest
Authors must clearly state that there is no conflict of interest associated with the submission of a manuscript.
